What can I expect from a coaching session / package?
Each person gets a personalized approach, adapted to their goals.
It is important that the coaching interaction is valuable, for both client and coach. From that perspective it will always be a mutual work, where thoughts, opinions and questions can be shared, as this will build the real structure of your coaching trajectory.
Can I book a free call?
An intake session is always recommended, to discuss what the client wants to reach by following a coaching trajectory, and what I can offer that fits the goals of the client.

What is Health & Lifestyle Coaching?
Coaching by Health & Lifestyle Coaching is guiding the client to reach their projected goals, whatever they may be.
This guidance, for a big part involves learning new techniques, new lifestyle methods, sharing of knowledge and getting a better understanding of how multiple lifestyle or performance factors have an influence on the outcome of the efforts you make to reach your goal.
This guidance will also give you practical tools to immediately implement, such as specific exercise routines, nutrition plans, guided meditations, personalized to your goals.
Can I just do nutrition / physical training / mental training separately?
Yes, of course it is possible do get coached in each of the training sections separately.
Specific guidance on nutrition, or a training program to fit your sports goals is possible without including any of the other services mentioned.
However as mentioned before, the whole is bigger than the sum of it's pieces. Meaning: Including different aspects into any training program, whatever your goals may be, will always be more efficient than just having an isolated approach with training one specific aspect.
As a holistic approach might seem overwhelming at first, we can always start from a point where you are more comfortable with the guidance, and we can see together if including other aspects becomes useful for you.
